We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for an alternative item.
- Products must have been purchased directly from Scientific Skincare (our website or 888-SKIN-124 number). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
- Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
- Allow 2 weeks for the return to be processed.
- If you paid with a giftcard and credit card, the giftcard will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded.
